I'm passionate about guiding and empowering people — especially women — to begin their journey toward better physical health, mental wellbeing, and deeper self-connection through mindful movement.
With a background in gymnastics and ballet, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for movement and anatomy. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over seven years, with enriching experiences across England, Turkey, Iran, and Dubai — in three languages. These diverse journeys have shaped both my teaching style and my outlook on life.
For me, Pilates is truly life-changing — helping us move more freely, build strength, and approach everyday life with more ease and awareness.

Hi, I’m Rachael! A lover of food, fitness, travel, running, sunshine, and coffee — but above all, movement is my passion, and I believe that energy is best shared.
With a background in dance, I understand the importance of mastering technique and form through discipline and dedication — foundations that Pilates perfectly supports. I love how Pilates, especially on the reformer, strengthens the body and mind by focusing on control, resistance, and total-body conditioning.
